Bait and Switch
We chose this over a closer (and it turns out cheaper) place because it looked more professional. As soon as we park to go to our appointment we are called and told to drive to a crowded dirty mini-mall because of power issues. We arrive at the new location and are told that the $5 credit for booking online will not be honored - the prices on-line are all wrong. Due to issues with the machine - it took an hour to process two of us. Will not use again.
Excellent Job
I spent time looking at Sheriff\'s stations and other places for ink fingerprints to be taken and found this office on a internet search and it is by far the best place I\'ve found for any fingerprint needs and a wide complete variety of services are offered. The person took time to make sure my ink printer were all perfect and guided me on each print. I would go back for any print/live-scan needs I have in the future as well as for any of the other background services offered and recommend him to anyone I meet. Fees are very reasonable too however only negative comment is $5 for parking was not ok, otherwise I enjoyed my visit and JW made an unpleasant experience pretty fun

Very nice, Professional Service and Competitive Price
I had submitted my inked fingerprints for biometric check. They were rejected becasue they did not meet the required quality of the prints. I came across the California Live Scan and they provided a very efficient service. I hope my fingerprints get accepted this time. Ajmal Khan
